What you will do

• Address complex client queries independently, potentially training junior staff.
• Provide niche customer service support to analysts, researchers, data scientists, and developers on content and product capabilities.
• Offer second-level support for problem resolution, including troubleshooting, research, and code scripts.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for issue resolution.
• Contribute to product release rollouts and upgrade programs.
• Utilize experience and relationship leadership skills to work on dedicated accounts and projects.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in technical support or IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Networking, Firewall, DNS, Proxy Server, HTTP & Websocket Protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Superb communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Wireshark for network protocols, packet analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of DevTools for web technologies, network analysis, and JavaScript debugging.
• Knowledge of Process Monitor for Windows internals, event filtering, and system diagnostics.
