What you will do

• Define the architectural vision for Python-based LLM agents and supporting backend systems.
• Architect, develop, and optimize LLM-powered agents for troubleshooting, fault detection, and workflow automation.
• Work closely with network engineers, product teams, and operations groups to identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor senior and junior developers, supporting their growth in Python engineering, LLM concepts, and system design.
• Document system architectures, model behavior, and deployment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Networking, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in backend software development with Python.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or major technical initiatives.
• Practical experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, or AI-driven application development
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (system design, backend services, AI/ML workflows).
• Strong understanding of modern LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Hugging Face, etc.).

Nice to have

• Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, routing, network telemetry).
• Experience building or fine-tuning AI/ML/LLM models.
• Background with distributed systems and real-time data processing.
• Experience in network assurance, ISP operations, or telecom systems.
