What you will do
- Lead growth experiments and A/B testing, defining hypotheses, setting up measurement frameworks, and enhancing conversions.
- Build and ship MVPs of growth experiments using tools like n8n, Gemini, Zapier, and Hex.
- Work across teams to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Manage all aspects of the website and landing pages for conversion rate optimization and compliance.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve free-to-paid conversion rates.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI tools and trends, helping to identify opportunities for process automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a B2B SaaS in a growth marketing, engineering, or GTM role.
- Experience working with AI, APIs, and automation tools.
- Fluent in tools like Zapier/n8n, Gemini, HubSpot/Salesforce, Webflow, and Heap.
- Knowledge of coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
- Experience with conversion rate and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with web design and development best practices.
