What you will do
- Define and execute hirify.global’s partnerships strategy aligned with company's revenue and growth goals.
- Integrate new products like EasyCoach into the partnerships strategy by identifying ideal partners.
- Strengthen key strategic partnerships and track partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and overall ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment with the wider organization.
- Own partner processes, tooling, and reporting to ensure a high-quality partner experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
