What you will do

• Design and implement exceptional interfaces using Figma and AI design tools based on high-level references, working autonomously from minimal guidance.
• Develop production-ready code using Next.js 14.0+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create scalable component-based UI using structured design systems while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Translate strategic requirements into intuitive, user-intuitive interfaces and collaborate efficiently with product teams while maintaining design autonomy.

Requirements

• Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise. Must have started as a UI/UX designer before transitioning into frontend development.
• Autonomous design excellence ability to create complete interfaces from high-level references with exceptional attention to detail as a baseline expectation.
• Frontend and AI tool proficiency with 2+ years of experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, plus modern AI design tools for rapid interface creation.
• Independent problem-solving experience building and maintaining scalable component architectures while resolving design and technical challenges autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience working with design systems and component-based architecture.
• Background in D2C product development or performance marketing.
• Experience optimizing accessibility and usability.
