Location: This role is based in Israel.

What you will do

  • Lead and execute global Employer Branding initiatives with a 360 approach.
  • Work closely with HR, Internal Communications, studios, and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to align employer branding initiatives with internal messaging.
  • Lead Employer Branding content, campaigns, and events locally and globally.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager on Employer Branding-related social activity.
  • Manage external vendors and partners from briefing through execution.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an Employer Branding role.
  • Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end marketing, advertising, or branding projects.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong experience collaborating with social media teams.
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
