What you will do

• Own the planning and execution of monthly content across organic and performance channels.
• Take creative ideas from concept to execution, shooting, editing, and posting social content.
• Write UGC-style scripts that are scroll-stopping and culturally relevant.
• Partner with the performance team to understand what’s landing and how creative can do more heavy lifting.
• Share weekly and monthly learnings with the wider team to raise the overall creative bar.
• Lead content production, staying close to platforms, culture, and trends.

Requirements

• Collaborative, agile, and thrives in ambiguity and test-and-learn environments.
• Experience in social creative content creation, ideally in a startup or fast-moving brand environment.
• Proven track record of creating high-engagement, high-performing creative content across paid, UGC, and organic platforms.
• Deep understanding of social and performance stream ecosystems.
• Dynamic blend of creative and strategic mindset.
• Chronically online and comfortable starring in content with cats!
• Animal lover with a passion for pet health and wellness.
