TL;DR
Tech Ops Analyst: Supporting the IT team to ensure smooth operation of internal systems with an accent on providing technical assistance to end-users and optimizing internal efficiencies. Focus on front-line support, onboarding/offboarding, and managing tech equipment.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, USA. Required to be in the office Tuesdays - Thursdays, with remote work optional on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation: $4,000–$5,600 per month

What you will do
- Provide front-line IT support to every employee, including the leadership team.
- Work with the People Ops team to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding for employees.
- Set up video conferencing for company-wide all-hands meetings.
- Procure and track all tech equipment for all employees (remote and in-office).
- Research new tools to optimize internal efficiencies across teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in IT/TechOps or equivalent experience.
- Strong passion for technology, automation, and efficiency.
- Experience with MacOS, Google Workspace, jamfPRO, and Okta.
- Working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems.
- Ability to work hybrid from San Francisco, CA.
