What you will do
- Build and optimize queries across social listening platforms.
- Monitor real-time and historical conversations to identify trends and sentiment movement.
- Extract and structure data for insight generation.
- Analyze social conversation signals in combination with audience and market research platforms, primarily GWI and Kantar.
- Integrate datasets to form compelling narratives and evidence-based insights.
- Deliver clear written summaries and insight contributions for recurring and ad hoc reporting, supporting dashboards and trackers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on use of GWI and Kantar for insight generation.
- Previous social listening experience using tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater or YouScan.
- Proven ability to design Boolean queries.
- Experience extracting structured datasets and organizing them for analysis.
- Ability to combine multiple data sources into cohesive insight stories.
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to credibility of data.
Nice to have
- Prior work contributing to client deliverables or storytelling frameworks.
- Familiarity with sentiment tagging and content classification.
- Exposure to dashboards or visualization platforms.
