Requirements
- 12+ years of experience (10+ with Master’s) in software engineering or architecture, leading large-scale distributed systems design.
- Proven ability to design and evolve complex systems for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and modern infrastructure practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, Scala, Kotlin, or equivalent); experience with React is a plus.
- Familiarity with applying AI/ML in production systems or eagerness to learn rapidly.
- Track record of mentoring engineers, driving consensus, and communicating technical vision to executives.
- Work authorization in the United States is required (E-Verify participant).
