Executive Producer (Gamedev): Provides creative oversight for a gaming brand, including long-term product roadmap development and internal/external development oversight with an accent on ensuring consistent product pillars across products and brand. Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.

Salary: $211,500 - $243,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide creative oversight for the gaming brand, including multiple contributing products.
• Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap, overseeing internal and external development.
• Ensure product pillars are represented consistently across the product and brand in various media.
• Contribute to the evolution of methods and processes within the studio producer departments.
• Build excitement around products throughout the studio and evaluate "Product Health" in multiple product phases.
• Direct collaboration with corporate partners to develop multi-year brand strategies and influence hirify.global Worldwide and external groups to achieve studio goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater in project management, team leadership, production, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of technologies associated with game development and production.
• 10+ years in gaming or entertainment production, with 5+ years in a leadership role in a mid or large-sized organization.
• Direct experience producing all major game phases (e.g., concept, pre-production, production, live production).
• Transformative leadership style with experience in growing and mentoring teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills paired with solid presentation and public speaking skills.
