What you will do

• Deliver elevated graphic design and art direction across campaigns, brand work, digital assets, print, and social content.
• Transform briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts and polished final deliverables.
• Own end-to-end execution of design projects with minimal oversight.
• Utilize AI tools to explore visual directions, support ideation, and speed up workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into effective visual design.
• Contribute positively to the Creative Studio culture, sharing feedback and inspiration.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or brand design.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, brand systems, and high-quality design execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Comfort using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, automation workflows).
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale.

Nice to have

• Experience with basic or intermediate motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing (Premiere Pro).
• Experience with Figma or familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals.
• Illustration, photography, or other complementary craft skills.
