Location: Redmond, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (U.S. general) or USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Define the vision and strategy for area roadmaps based on customer needs, market research, and AI business goals.
• Create user stories and epics to convey the big picture and design integrated scenarios.
• Partner with UX and Design teams to connect factors to desired functionality and product vision.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering for product release and customer acquisition strategies.
• Collect performance metrics and derive insights to improve product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud background check.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Search or Recommendation systems, Large Language Models: product, evaluations, growth.
