What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for software solutions, translating complex requirements into scalable architectural designs.
- Lead technical discovery and design workshops with enterprise customers to identify business needs and challenges.
- Architect and document custom solutions and integrations, driving technical implementation within complex IT/OT environments.
- Act as a key technical advisor, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to influence product roadmap and customer engagements.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proven track record (3+ years) in a customer-facing technical role for large enterprise accounts.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise software solutions (cloud, industrial IoT, data analytics, IT/OT integration).
- In-depth understanding of enterprise IT and OT architectures and governance models.
- Proficiency with technologies like RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- English: C1 fluency required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic & international).
