What you will do

• Assess change nature, impacts, and adoption risks, advising on Change Management approaches for technology implementations.
• Conduct interactive workshops to enhance customer understanding and buy-in for change management fundamentals.
• Guide customer teams in preparing context-specific, PROSCI-aligned Change Management Plans.
• Advise customers on strategies to drive adoption of new technology, mindsets, behaviors, and governance practices.
• Support leaders in addressing trust, transparency, and workforce adoption of AI-enabled contact center capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to create sample materials and templates for customer customization.

Requirements

• PROSCI certification required.
• 5+ years of experience leading change management for large technology implementations and organizational shifts.
• Experience working in a contact center environment.
• Experience with enterprise software change management.
• Experience supporting change management for AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and ability to persuade C-level management.
