Location: Remote (USA). This position involves access to technology that is subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), therefore candidates must be eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws. Employment is conditioned on the availability of government authorization.

Salary: $2,946–$3,461 per month

What you will do

• Perform operational tasks such as handling high volume intake queues and labeling machine learning data.
• Propose improvements for processes, workflows, product, and policies.
• Support investigation efforts across a range of critical issues.
• Learn about email fraud attack strategies and patterns to prevent security events.
• Work on Live Queue, POV data sets, ATO cases, and VAC cases.
• Contribute to the team's growth, scale, and maturity.

Requirements

• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with G Suite (Google) applications.
• Familiarity with Zoom.
• Must be eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws.
