Salary: 153,000 - 231,000 CAD

What you will do
- Set the Finance applications product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with Finance and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT product managers and system administrators, focusing on career growth and professional development.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that span multiple business units, managing competing priorities and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives.
- Utilize strong facilitation skills to lead productive meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop and maintain the strategy for our comprehensive suite of financial applications including ERP, Billing, Procurement, and other critical business systems.
- Ensure robust change management and compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, including SOX IT general controls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience in IT, Finance Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of hands-on experience with financial ERP systems.
- Strong background in IT, with knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and their application within financial systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to speak "finance" and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in a SaaS or publicly traded company environment.
- Must reside in an eligible location in Canada, excluding Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and Coupa software.
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and strategic planning for enterprise applications, with familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience with relational databases, ETL/integration and automation tools (e.g. Workato).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
