Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a product manager with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
- Experience as a product manager in Payroll, Fintech, Accounting, Payroll Tax, or Payments industries.
- Demonstrable experience leading a team.
- Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and their rationale.
- Deep experience working with qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, organized, and adaptable.
Nice to have
- Strong design background with an understanding of creating simple user interfaces.
