TL;DR

Salary: S$140,000 - S$161,000 a year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and driving retention strategies.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing client portfolios.
  • Use client data and analytics to track account health, uncover opportunities, and tailor success strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs.
  • Advocate for clients' voice and needs within hirify.global to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles with direct responsibility for renewals, retention, and expansion within a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships and provide value-added solutions.
  • Proven success in identifying and leveraging upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret client data to diagnose issues and create action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, effective across all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated resilience and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
