What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of flagship marketing websites.
- Focus on high-impact technical contributions, architectural design, and critical code reviews.
- Proactively identify and champion new technologies, including AI integration, and provide ongoing support.
- Manage a team of Web Developers and QA Engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
- Lead large-scale technical projects, manage third-party vendors, and implement process improvements (CI/CD, coding standards).
- Balance team capacity with roadmap ambitions, ensuring the team is challenged but not burned out.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a leader in web development with a balanced player/coach approach.
- High proficiency with static site generators (Gatsby, Next), Node.js, and headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
- Deep expertise in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript) and frameworks like React and TailwindCSS.
- Solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, SEO best practices, secure coding principles, TDD, Gitflow, and automated E2E testing.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- English: B2+ required.
