What you will do

• Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including regular status calls and business reviews.
• Understand clients' HR objectives and tailor use cases to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams as a customer advocate.
• Protect existing revenue streams and identify opportunities and risks.
• Stay updated with HR industry trends and emerging technologies to guide clients proactively.

Requirements

• B2B SaaS CSM experience, owning an EU book of business with targets on net retention.
• Experience in a B2B (client-facing) role.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Passion to learn the product's functionality and tech-savviness.
• Experience with Salesforce & web-based technologies.
• Experience with SFDC, Asana, and/or ChurnZero is advantageous.
