What you will do

  • Drive the evolution and implementation of the Enterprise Technology Strategy, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
  • Initiate strategic programmes across key technology themes, defining scope and building business cases.
  • Accelerate innovation through idea generation, experimentation, and strategic initiatives.
  • Mobilise strategic programmes to generate commercial momentum, managing budgets, and ensuring transition to delivery teams.
  • Manage risk across the strategic technology portfolio, supporting programme leads.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and update senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in equivalent senior roles.
  • Extensive background in Asset Management, Protection, and Retirement.
  • Skilled in navigating complex planning environments and executing across global matrixed organisations.
  • Adept at bridging business and technology.
  • Experienced in enhancing organisational effectiveness through people, processes, technology, and knowledge development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate.
