Business Analyst

Business Analyst: Working on exciting new opportunities to define project scope, elicit requirements, and manage upcoming work with an accent on investigating, assimilating, and analyzing different needs, constraints, and problems. Location: Workplace: Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects. Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to attain a UK Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Work closely with developers, project managers, and technical leads to define project scope and elicit requirements.
• Manage upcoming work effectively within Agile delivery teams.
• Investigate, assimilate, and analyze various needs, constraints, and problems.
• Document outcomes in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to develop key operating procedures.
• Assist with user testing and apply process modeling and customer journey mapping techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrable experience working in Agile Delivery teams.
• Experience working in the Public Sector.
• Proficiency with tools such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for user stories and tickets.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to attain a UK Security Clearance.
• Willingness to undertake UK based travel for projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GDS or DSSS.
• Technical experience.
