What you will do
- Set the Finance applications product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with Finance and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT product managers and system administrators.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Finance system initiatives from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch support.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that span multiple business units, managing competing priorities.
- Utilize strong facilitation skills to lead productive meetings and requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with your team to develop and maintain the strategy for comprehensive financial applications including ERP, Billing, and Procurement systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience in IT or Finance Systems.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with financial ERP systems.
- Strong background in IT, with knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and their application within financial systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in a SaaS or publicly traded company environment.
- Must be able to work from an eligible location in the US or Canada and commute to an office (Atlanta, San Francisco, or Toronto) 2-3 times per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and Coupa software.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and strategic planning for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in financial systems automation and process improvement.
- Experience with relational databases, ETL/integration, and automation tools (e.g., Workato).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
