What you will do
- Define and lead ecommerce strategy across key markets to meet digital sales and brand goals.
- Own the trading calendar, aligning launches and campaigns with seasonal plans and KPIs.
- Manage one direct report (ecommerce specialist).
- Use analytics and A/B testing to drive conversion and on-site performance.
- Partner with brand, merchandising, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- +4 years experience working in ecommerce.
- Ideally, experience with a global or multi-brand retailer.
- Comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like GA4, Tableau, and SAP BW.
