TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Shaping the visual and interaction design of hirify.global’s Gold Card and banking products with an accent on creating visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate the user experience. Focus on end-to-end design of key features across banking tools and experiences, contributing to the design system, and setting standards for design craft and product excellence.

Location: Based in our Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $125,800 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end design of key features across our banking tools and experiences
  • Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate our user experience
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Content, and Research
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system for banking products
  • Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
  • Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces
  • Experience taking products from concept to launch
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems

Nice to have

  • Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life
