Location: Primary location is Shenzhen, secondary location is Beijing

What you will do

  • Maintain and uplift client Data & Feed usage to grow stickiness and adoption of hirify.global Real-Time, Tick-History, and Low-Latency solutions.
  • Partner with clients to develop tailored Customer Value Plans, ensuring successful value delivery for contract renewal and retention.
  • Embed Voice of Customers in product & content roadmaps for sustained value delivery and improved user experience.
  • Uncover high-quality sales leads to grow hirify.global Average Spend per Customer and solution footprint.
  • Execute customer coverage model, delivering value adhering to client engagement standards and improving customer health.
  • Drive technical onboarding and integration for faster time to value and triage operational support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a proactive Customer Success Manager.
  • Demonstrable track record of building partnerships with internal and external networks.
  • Ability to communicate and decode complex technical concepts to clients simply.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills when dealing with clients at various organization levels.
  • Strong business sense with a commercial/pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, collaborate, and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Real-Time Market Data, Software Development, Computer Networking, Product demonstrations.
