What you will do

• Design and implement reusable, fit-to-standard configurations for Front Office processes within hirify.global One.
• Champion adoption of the Front Office Business Standards Kit across engagements.
• Treat standards as living products, versioned, documented, and distributed.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure scalable, efficient onboarding.
• Lead continuous improvement of standards for efficiency and effectiveness using value-stream metrics.
• Coach teams on lean flow, cadence, and synchronization, and leverage analytics for improvement.

• Proficiency in technical configuration and applying standards in a business context.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including implementing automated business process validation and leveraging telemetry.
