What you will do

• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or points of friction through shadowing, interviews, and data.
• Translate high-level architectural designs into clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design intuitive flowcharts, diagrams, and implementation guides for end-users.
• Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
• Monitor process adoption rates, identify struggles, and intervene with targeted support or adjustments.
• Act as the "voice of the user" to leadership and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement.
• Previous experience in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech is a strong plus.
• Exceptional writing skills, able to simplify complex concepts into understandable steps.
• Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures (e.g., Lucidchart, Figma, Visio, Miro).
• Strong understanding of how to use AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies to facilitate behavioral change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• English: B2 required.
