What you will do
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or points of friction through shadowing, interviews, and data.
- Translate high-level architectural designs into clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Design intuitive flowcharts, diagrams, and implementation guides for end-users.
- Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
- Monitor process adoption rates, identify struggles, and intervene with targeted support or adjustments.
- Act as the "voice of the user" to leadership and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Previous experience in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech is a strong plus.
- Exceptional writing skills, able to simplify complex concepts into understandable steps.
- Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures (e.g., Lucidchart, Figma, Visio, Miro).
- Strong understanding of how to use AI and automation tools to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies to facilitate behavioral change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
- English: B2 required.
