Senior Product Owner (AI): Leading the development and enhancement of AI and automation-powered solutions for customer journeys and internal platforms with an accent on driving innovation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable value. Focus on shaping product strategy for critical areas like Complaints or Diary Manager and collaborating with large cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions at scale.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at the office site)

Salary: £76,194 - £89,640

What you will do

  • Lead one of the flagship AI/automation products (Complaints or Diary Manager / Appointment Booking).
  • Innovate and enhance customer journeys and drive growth through cutting-edge solutions.
  • Leverage AI and Automation to deliver significant value to customers and the business.
  • Lead a large, collaborative team combining product and technology expertise.
  • Become more data-driven and utilise predictive, leading-edge technology.

Requirements

  • Strong grounding in Product Management and Agile Methodology with validated experience leading multiple products.
  • Ability to create a clear product strategy using internal and external insight and data points.
  • Strong background in delivering scalable solutions with clear objectives and measurable value.
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams, partners, and third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills with evidence of influencing up to senior Executive level.
  • Work style is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the Manchester office.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering AI products or ability to demonstrate understanding of the technology.
  • People management skills, including leading and coaching colleagues.
