TL;DR

What you will do

  • Craft end-to-end user experiences for payments products, using a central design system.
  • Bring designs to life using Figma software.
  • Balance business requirements with user needs, incorporating feedback from user research and usability testing.
  • Adapt designs to technical constraints of different platforms.
  • Advocate for customer inclusion and accessible design for a wide range of users.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design.
  • Strong experience as an Interaction Designer or UX Designer.
  • Full ownership of Interaction Design projects.
  • Excellent prototyping and layout skills.
  • Comfortable using existing design systems and proactively recommending improvements.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform design.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong advocacy of customer inclusivity and accessibility.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity working in a complex landscape, ideally with experience in financial services.
