• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collect, process, and analyse data from various sources ensuring ethical use.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of feature engineering, model selection, evaluation metrics, optimisation techniques, and Gen AI.
• Ability to apply complex statistical methods and design experiments.
• Familiarity with GCP cloud environment for deploying ML solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and create business-ready solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, particularly conveying technical information to non-technical people.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Insights into industry solutions for data management, storage, and analytics.
• Experience of working within regulatory change (Credit Risk, capital, impairment processes).
