TL;DR

Manager, P&C Service Operations (HR Systems/AI): Driving digital transformation and improving employee experiences through data-driven insights within P&C operations. Location: Onsite in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Candidates must be authorized to work in this location without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time workforce metrics like attrition, headcount, and diversity.
  • Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to aid workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Project manage P&C process automation projects using RPA software or ServiceNow workflows.
  • Implement AI-powered chatbots for P&C query resolution and employee self-service.
  • Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to integrate HCM systems with collaboration tools.
  • Explore new technologies (AI, ML, RPA) for HR process optimization and recommend guidelines for HR digitization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR data analytics, transformation, and digitization projects.
  • Exposure to AI and advanced analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in Noida, India without current or future visa sponsorship.
