What you will do
- Lead future events planning, manage meetings, and ensure internal team visibility on roadmaps.
- Provide operational support and event coordination across product teams.
- Establish timelines, track progress, and develop evaluation tools for programs.
- Directly lead the Event Producers team, establishing cross-product processes and best practices.
- Manage event production, including venue selection, strategic goals, creative vision, and fan-facing aspects.
- Collaborate with game development and other internal teams to integrate in-game activities with live events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in production.
- Experience managing stakeholders and project managing teams through the execution of live events, shows, TV, or film productions.
- Hands-on experience as an events producer with a solid background in events strategy, production, and creative execution.
- Experience developing and managing ticket sales strategies for events.
- Deep knowledge of technical production, budgeting, vendor management, and operational logistics.
Nice to have
- Outstanding creative capabilities.
- Experience with large-scale events (10,000+ attendees) and small-scale events (few hundred attendees).
- Experience across both competitive esports and publishing/brand activations.
