TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the global talent strategy and workforce planning to support commercial and creative priorities.
  • Design and implement leadership frameworks and executive development programs.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by embedding values and building capability programs.
  • Deliver a global learning ecosystem, including skills architecture and academies.
  • Lead global succession planning and internal mobility for critical roles.
  • Co-own the performance cycle, providing toolkits and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Integrate DEI objectives into all development programs and pipelines.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in leading a diverse and global talent management function.
  • Experience in leading talent transformation and strategy within an international, matrix-managed, multi-product commercial organization, linking talent strategy to commercial growth.
  • Ability to implement leadership frameworks and clear succession planning.
  • Experience coaching at executive level.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership, creativity, and clear direction, fostering strong performance.
  • Prior experience working with board-level stakeholders as a trusted partner in a global business, communicating credibly with commercial and creative leaders.
  • High resiliency and stamina are required.

  • Experience working in the media or related industries.
