What you will do
- Work on support tickets to repair and troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
- Assist onsite employees with their computer and software issues on Windows and Mac.
- Perform software installation and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Image computers and set up desktops/laptops.
- Document resolutions and follow up on trouble tickets.
- Help manage hardware and software inventory.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT/IS or a related field.
- Must be a current university student; graduates are not eligible for intern opportunities.
- Broad knowledge of Windows client/server technology and OS, Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Above-average skills in managing tasks and customer service.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team capacity and follow instructions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
