Senior Solutions Architect (AI): Developing and architecting end-to-end Data and AI solutions for customers using the hirify.global Lakehouse Platform with an accent on modern Generative AI concepts, MLOps for LLMs, and big data analytics. Focus on designing complex proofs-of-concept, influencing stakeholders, and coaching junior architects in a pre-sales and consultancy capacity.

Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom, with regular office commute and willingness to travel 20-30% across UK&I and EMEA.

What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies and prioritize use cases.
• Influence stakeholders on the hirify.global vision and solution strategy.
• Act as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption of the Lakehouse platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by developing collateral and leading workshops.
• Coach and mentor junior Solutions Architects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical pre-sales or consultancy with a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI, or Generative AI.
• Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end Data & AI solutions, with specific expertise in modern Generative AI concepts (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps for LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Proficiency with big data analytics technologies and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Proven ability to engage with customers in a technical sales capacity and communicate value propositions.
