What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile & SAFe best practices.
• Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events.
• Contribute to Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt activities.
• Ensure backlog readiness, sprint execution, and adherence to Definition of Done/Ready.
• Remove impediments and track team progress to support continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Scrum Master in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe processes and ceremonies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.
