What you will do
- Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline.
- Develop a regional strategy and plan leveraging hirify.global partners.
- Take a consultative approach with customers by understanding their challenges and strategies.
- Manage the sales process, close business, and ensure ongoing account satisfaction.
- Work closely with Professional Services and Marketing teams to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- **5+ years of experience** selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.).
- Driven, disciplined, and intelligent, possessing an aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- **Must be eligible to work in the US and be based in a US location.**
