TL;DR

Senior People Experience Manager: Leading and elevating employee experience across the entire employee journey, from onboarding to alumni, with an accent on engagement, belonging, and high-performing culture. Focus on designing meaningful experiences, human communication, and programs ensuring every employee feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Location: Hybrid in Nottingham, UK, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office and other attendance as required for team days, office events or other engagement activities.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a holistic employee experience strategy.
  • Implement best-in-class onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Lead design, delivery, and analysis of employee engagement surveys, using AI for insights.
  • Drive DEIB and ESG strategies with a focus on inclusion and employee involvement.
  • Design and deliver internal communication strategies across virtual, hybrid, and physical environments.
  • Oversee employee events and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building and driving People Experience programs in fast-paced technology environments, ideally globally or with distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to design and execute large-scale engagement and culture projects with data-driven ROI.
  • Deep understanding of employee lifecycle design, change management, and experience measurement.
  • Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
  • Passion for creating inclusive, purpose-driven, and human-centered workplaces.
  • Office attendance required: Minimum 2 days a week in Nottingham.
