AI/ML Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Fine-tune and maintain models (LLM, VLM, forecasting).
• Monitor models performance.
• Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets.
• Build new AI-based features related to Finance.
• Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
• Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements.

Requirements

• Strong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience in parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)
• Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
• Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
• 2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with processing financial documents
• Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
