What you will do
- Own the German market product strategy, identifying customer needs and translating them into prioritized product opportunities for the roadmap.
- Establish and maintain product feedback loops with customers and local teams, providing concrete, data-informed product recommendations.
- Act as the internal voice of German customers in roadmap and launch discussions.
- Own and track strategic initiatives for Germany end-to-end, defining success metrics and measuring impact on activation, adoption, and revenue.
Requirements
- Fintech Experience with strong market and business acumen.
- Proven customer-centric mindset, leveraging insights to drive strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Expertise in influencing without authority, building partnerships, and driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Native-level German speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode in the Berlin office (up to 2 days remote/week + 12 days remote extra).
