Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, United States or San Francisco, California, United States. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub location in the US (Denver, San Francisco) or Chile (Santiago).

Salary: $148,000–$174,000 USD (San Francisco, CA) OR $125,000–$147,000 USD (Denver, CO)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic annual event plan to fuel pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs, including creative strategy, logistics, and onsite management.
  • Collaborate with sales, partner, and marketing teams to integrate events into the Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Partner with product marketing and leadership to integrate thought leadership and craft compelling event promotion materials.
  • Own measurement and reporting against established KPIs, conduct post-event analysis, and optimize event strategy and ROI.
  • Efficiently manage the event budget and maximize ROI for each event.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven record for building effective sales, partner, and marketing relationships.
  • Experience managing various event types and engaging decision-makers and executives.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM), Marketo (MA), Asana (Project Management), and Google Suite.
  • Experience in leveraging AI to optimize various stages of an event.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
