Product Manager II (Fintech): Leading a piece of our core tee sheet product. Responsible for overall team product direction and strategy with an accent on frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams to help shape priorities and build the roadmap. Focus on crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives.

What you will do
- Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives
- Gather insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction
- Drive implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
- Define and report on product success
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the realms of B2B software, bonus points for club management software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
