What you will do
- Apply strong software testing principles to ensure robust and reliable code quality.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and release strategies to streamline and automate software delivery.
- Adopt Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support iterative and collaborative development.
- Contribute technically within development teams by building maintainable features and solving complex challenges.
- Provide constructive feedback through effective code reviews to enhance team performance and code standards.
- Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth and foster a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of three or more of the following: Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure LogicApps, Azure Integration components, Javascript, C#, Dynamics 365 plugins and workflows, SQL, FetchXML, XRM Toolbox, PowerBI, Azure Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and their application in modern development environments.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated release strategies to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in iterative development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute technically within a development team, including writing maintainable features and solving complex problems.
- Skilled in conducting effective code reviews, offering actionable feedback to improve code quality and team performance.
