What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional peers on an outcome-based team to craft and deliver on OKRs related to dynamic pricing recommendations and analysis.
• Design solutions deeply informed by user needs and aligned with hirify.global’s product vision.
• Work closely with data engineers to design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines and deploying scalable solutions.
• Drive the application of modern AI technologies to accelerate internal tooling and improve user-facing intelligence.
• Integrate observability, monitoring, and human feedback collection into ML pipelines and agentic systems.
• Apply tools like LangChain to prototype and ship LLM-powered assistants and automations that enhance customer decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist and 10+ years in SaaS overall.
• Proven expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Fluency with Python and tools such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, scipy, Spark, SQL, Streamlit.
• A strong product orientation, seeking to understand customer behavior and measure impact.
• An experimental mindset, with familiarity in designing and interpreting causal inference frameworks.
• Must be located in Brazil or Peru

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with modern AI techniques and tooling, including vector search, embeddings, RAG pipelines, LangChain, and model observability platforms.
• Experience in revenue management, dynamic pricing, or the short term rental industry.
