TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Engaging with new prospective customers for hirify.global's AI cybersecurity platform with an accent on identifying and qualifying business opportunities through cold calling and high-level prospecting. Focus on articulating value propositions to senior executives and consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs.

Location: Hybrid (50% in office / 50% remote), requiring presence in the Arlington Office, USA.

What you will do

  • Engage with new prospective customers and identify potential business opportunities across your region.
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition to help customers understand its benefits for their information security.
  • Develop relationships with senior executives by demonstrating knowledge and professionalism.
  • Meet sales targets and collaborate with Marketing and Sales on various campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Strong execution of sales plays and confidence in cold calling, with the ability to pivot and handle objections.
  • Ability to analyze account data and strategically map territories.
  • Consistent use of creative channels and research for prospecting.
  • Mastery of sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating teams and motivate others as a visible team leader.
  • Work authorization for the USA is required.
