What you will do

• Support the planning and delivery of user research across digital projects.
• Carry out user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Help teams understand the diversity of users by supporting inclusive research practices.
• Assist in analysing research data to identify patterns, user needs, and pain points.
• Present research findings in a clear and engaging way.
• Build rapport with users and work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and developers.

Requirements

• Around 1–2 years of experience in user research, social or academic research.
• Some practical experience of conducting qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• Work to a Hybrid working model.
