TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Brazilian Market): Qualifying inbound leads, understanding their challenges, and educating them on the hirify.global platform with an accent on phone and email communication. Focus on building relationships with prospects and maintaining a clean and updated CRM database.

Location: Hybrid in Florianópolis, Brazil.

Salary: BRL6,000 - BRL9,000

What you will do

  • Qualify potential customers to maintain a funnel of active inbound leads.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition, address objections, and build trust through phone and email.
  • Record relevant prospect information to maintain a clean and updated CRM database.
  • Build and develop relationships with prospects across several accounts.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales development tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Sales Development or Customer Success (within a tech/SaaS environment is a plus).
  • Comfortable maintaining insightful conversations over phone/email and following up on open opportunities.
  • Ability to overcome objections and build successful relationships.
  • Comfortable with CRM and web-based demo software.
  • Charisma, ambition, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Native Portuguese
  • English and particularly Spanish advantageous.
