What you will do
- Lead and coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and customer success activities.
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on business outcomes.
- Maintain trusted advisor status with customers and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with hirify.global’s partners within your territory.
- Conduct negotiations and manage contracts and pricing.
- Develop and maintain accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an inside sales representative in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proven success in a sales capacity with a strong track record.
- Expertise in Sales Cadence Optimization.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM expertise (Gainsight preferred).
- Ability to learn hirify.global product offerings quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
